EMRIC Drone Day in Eupen
On Monday, 23 June 2025, the Hilfeleistungszone DG organized the EMRIC Drone Day. Nearly 40 colleagues from the Meuse-Rhine Euregio came together for an inspiring day with a rich programme.
The agenda included captivating presentations and demonstrations by different teams, including the HLZDG drone unit, Civil Protection from Crisnée, the Federal Police of Eupen, and the drone training programme for “state operators” at PLOT.
After a well-organized lunch, participants had the opportunity to take a closer look at each other’s drones, vehicles and equipment. Due to strong winds, not all drone demonstrations could take place, but this did not in any way diminish the enriching and enjoyable experience.
